These batteries come with a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty (or 200 charging cycles whichever comes first). Said warranty does not cover any accidental damage, power surges, misuse or improper manipulation. It’s the buyer’s commitment to ship the deflective item back to our address in China. There the lab will determine if the damage corresponds to a manufacturer’s defect. If it’s so, we will ship a replacement item at no charge.
The buyer shall pay for any repairs if damage is not covered by the warranty, as well as for the shipping charges after repairs authorized by you are complete, back to the original shipping address.
